Posted 3 months agoWe are a small handmade healthy sweets brand. We are looking for a Production Cook to help prepare laddoos and healthy snacks using natural ingredients (dates, nuts, seeds – no preservatives, no sugar).
Prepare laddoos & healthy sweets as per recipe
Roast nuts & seeds
Mixing, shaping & portioning laddoos
Maintain kitchen cleanliness & hygiene
Assist in basic packing (if required)
Follow quality standards for taste & consistency
Basic experience in Indian sweets / mithai making (laddoos preferred)
Knows roasting nuts & seeds
Can follow recipes & measurements
Maintains hygiene & cleanliness
Training will be provided for our special recipes
Experience in sweet shop / home kitchen / small food unit
Punctual, honest & responsible
Willing to learn healthy recipes
Local candidate from Ludhiana preferred
