Job Summary

Agravatam Modern Ayurvedic Kitchen is hiring a skilled and dependable Cook (Night Shift) to handle food preparation and cooking operations for our Ayurvedic cloud kitchen. The role requires maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency while managing delivery orders efficiently during night operations.

Key Responsibilities (Updated)

• Prepare and cook food as per standard recipes and order requirements.

• Handle and prepare orders received through Swiggy and Zomato platforms with accuracy and speed.

• Ensure timely completion of night-time delivery orders.

• Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area at all times.

• Follow food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Cook in a cloud kitchen, restaurant, or hotel preferred.

• Ability to work night shifts (9 PM – 9 AM) regularly.

• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.

• Willingness to learn Ayurvedic cooking methods (training will be provided).

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Honest, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in vegetarian or health-food kitchens.

• Familiarity with online food delivery orders (Swiggy/Zomato).

• Basic food preparation and time management skills.
